Ingredients:

  • 2 c blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 c granulated sugar
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t Himalayan salt
  • 3 T room temperature butter
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 2 T milk
  • 4 t matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter, egg, vanilla, milk, matcha, and chocolate chips.
  4. Form into cookies on non-stick pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.

Yields: 1 dozen.
