Ingredients:
- 2 c blanched almond flour
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t Himalayan salt
- 3 T room temperature butter
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 2 T milk
- 4 t matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 c dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, egg, vanilla, milk, matcha, and chocolate chips.
- Form into cookies on non-stick pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
Yields: 1 dozen.
