A Fat Burning Healthy Diet


What to Eat

40-50% of your dietary calories

High quality fats like avocado oil, olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil.  Saturated organic grass fed animal fat(butter, sour cream, soft cheese).

Organic vegetables,nuts and seeds. Eat as many different colored veggies as you can find.  Mix it up and don’t eat the same 2 vegetables all the time.  Add new things and rotate your favorites.

30-40% of your dietary calories

Lean Protein: Grass fed beef and chicken and wild caught fish. Organic free range eggs from chickens that are not fed corn or soy based feeds.  Organic grass fed dairy cow products.

15-20% of your dietary calories

Fresh when ever possible but frozen is okay of organic fruits. 2-4 pieces of fruit per day unless you work out  4+ days a week to burn the extra sugar off.  1/2 cup of berries is equal to one “piece” of fruit.  Keep your fruit sugar (fructose at 25 g a day max).

Starch <5%.  Non-GMO grains and rice.  Wheat is fine if you are not gluten sensitive but keep it low.


Water, water, water!  1 oz per 2 lbs of lean body weight.
